State exam requirements: 1 Exam - RHS through DANB.
Minimum age: No minimum.
Radiography: RHS Exam - See Notes.
Credentials on completion: “Certificate of Completion”; Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - Certified through the American Heart Association.
Background check guidance: The radiology license application asks: Have you ever been convicted of a felony? Have you ever been denied or had a license/certification revoked? Have you been formally notified of any complaint against you relative to the practice of radiologic technology? Do you have a drug or alcohol abuse problem or any mental or physical disability that, through the practice of your duties, may be dangerous to patients or the public? If any answers are yes, you must provide further documentation. If concerned, please contact the Indiana Department of Health - Division of Radiology and Weights and Measures.
